1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1.1. CONSUMER RIGHTS (EU Directive 1011/83/EC)
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 106/1005 (Consumer Code) and Directive 1011/83/EC, the Customer, if he is not satisfied, can exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product or products purchased on the Site without giving any reason.
1.1. The Withdrawal Notice must be in written form, or through the direct return procedure on the Site or via email with notification of reading, or with another explicit declaration regarding the decision to withdraw from the contract, for this purpose you can use the standard withdrawal form attached but not mandatory, to Queebuy Ltd - queebuy no later than 14 days from delivery of the order. The 14 days start from when the Customer or his representative physically received the package and not from the shipping date.
1.3. If the Customer has selected "Collect in store" as the delivery method, the right of withdrawal applies from the date of collection of the order at the store itself.
1.4. The Notice of Withdrawal will imply the assignment by Queebuy Ltd - queebuy of a unique return number (hereinafter referred to as "RMA") which the Customer must indicate in the shipping packaging and a RETURN FORM which the customer must print and include within the shipment.
1.5. The Customer must, at his own expense, send the product or products he intends to return by post or courier no later than 14 days from the date of sending the Withdrawal Notice to Queebuy Ltd - queebuy.
1.6. In compliance with the art. 54 co. 4 of the Consumer Code, the burden of proof relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal remains with the Customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method that includes proof of delivery with signature.
1.7. RETURNS that do not comply with the established terms will not be accepted.
1.8. EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
1.8.1. If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to Queebuy Ltd - queebuy, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the Customer's possible choice of a type of delivery different from the least expensive standard delivery offered by Queebuy Ltd - queebuy, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the Customer informed us of his decision to withdraw from this contract.
1.9. TERMS FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL via assignment from the RMA system
1.9.1. No later than 14 (fourteen) days from delivery of the products, the Customer sends Queebuy Ltd - queebuy the request for partial or total return of the order directly on the Site or via e-mail with return receipt or with another explicit declaration regarding the decision to withdraw from the contract to Queebuy Ltd - queebuy. To this end, you can use the attached standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
1.9.2. For greater protection on the part of the Customer, the return procedure for purchases made on the Site always involves the assignment and registration of a unique RMA number on our system. If during the registration phase the Customer placed the order as a GUEST ACCOUNT, the account must necessarily be converted into a REGISTERED ACCOUNT, to allow the correct assignment of the RMA.
1.9.3. Upon conversion of the account, the Customer will receive an email with the automatically generated password to access the Site. The Customer, once logged in, will be able to change the password. The Customer will be able to check the status of the return request at any time.
1.9.4. Customers who have placed an order with a delivery address EXTRA-EEC
They must send the return in DDP (DELIVERY DUTY PAYED) or the delivery of the product must be free of any cost attributable to Queebuy Ltd - queebuy. Returns of non-EEC orders that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and therefore will be refused and returned to the sender. For non-EEC returns of CITES certified accessories, it will be the Customer's responsibility and expense to contact the competent authorities to issue the documentation and CITES certification necessary for re-exporting the product.
1.9.5. The Customer with a GUEST ACCOUNT can convert their Account to REGISTERED at any time by sending an email with the ACCOUNT conversion request to support@queebuy.uk
1.10. WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE VIA SITE via assignment from the RMA system
1.10.1. If the Customer is an already REGISTERED CUSTOMER, the request can be made via their account. The Customer, once logged in to the Site, will select the product or products for which he intends to benefit from the right of return from the ORDER HISTORY and by clicking on the SEND button he will register his request in the system. Upon review of the request by Queebuy Ltd - queebuy, the Customer will receive an email with the information to download and print the RMA FORM. The Customer must indicate the RMA number on the outside of the shipment and must print the RMA form which must be included inside the shipment.
1.10.2. If the Customer has placed the order as a GUEST ACCOUNT, he/she will be able to make the withdrawal request at any time by sending an email to support@queebuy.uk. Once the account has been converted, the customer will be able to access his personal area and send the RMA request to conclude the withdrawal request. The Customer will receive an email confirming notification of withdrawal. Upon review of the request by Queebuy Ltd - queebuy, the Customer will receive an email with the information to download and print the RMA number and the RMA form. The Customer must indicate the RMA number on the outside of the shipment and must print the RMA form which must be included inside the shipment.
1.11. WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE VIA EMAIL OR VIA OTHER EXPLICIT DECLARATION and assignment from the RMA system
1.11.1. If the Customer has an already REGISTERED ACCOUNT, once Queebuy Ltd - queebuy has read the notice of withdrawal request, it will send an acceptance email with the RETURN PROCEDURE and the information to follow to print the RMA FORM from ACCOUNT on the Site. If the Customer cannot or wishes to carry out the RETURN PROCEDURE, Queebuy Ltd - queebuy will carry out the procedure from the back-office and send the RMA number and the RMA form via e-mail, which can also be downloaded from Site, with the information to follow for the return.
1.11.2. If the Customer is a GUEST CUSTOMER, once Queebuy Ltd - queebuy has read the notice of withdrawal request, it will send an acceptance email with the RETURN PROCEDURE and the information to follow to print the RMA FORM from the ACCOUNT on Site as per point 8.1.5.1. If the Customer cannot or does not wish to carry out the RETURN PROCEDURE, Queebuy Ltd - queebuy will carry out the procedure from the back-office and send the RMA number and the RMA form, which can also be downloaded from the Site, via e-mail with the information to follow for the return.
1.12. All phases of the WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE will thus be traceable and recorded on the Site.
1.13. The product or products that the Customer intends to return must be intact and unused (except for normal tests, comparable to those that could be done in a shop), all original packaging (boxes, accessories, protections, leaflets, etc.) and tags they must be attached to the products with their own disposable seal which constitutes an integral part of the goods.
1.14. The products must not be damaged.
1.15. The Customer is responsible for promptly returning the goods no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal request to Queebuy Ltd - queebuy.
1.16. The Customer bears the shipping and related shipping costs and is responsible for the shipping itself until delivery to Queebuy Ltd - queebuy.
1.17. Failure to return the product within the 14 day deadline or failure to deliver the products to the courier possibly appointed by Queebuy Ltd - queebuy on the date and in the agreed manner, will be understood as a desire on the part of the Customer to revoke the notice of withdrawal. The Customer will therefore retain the purchased good and Queebuy Ltd - queebuy will not be required to make any refund.
1.18. Queebuy Ltd - once Queebuy has received the return and checked that all the requirements have been met, it will communicate the acceptance of the return to the Customer via e-mail.
1.19. In compliance with the provisions of the art. 56 of the Consumer Code, Queebuy Ltd - queebuy reserves the right in any case to withhold the refund until it has received the returned product.
1.20. Once the return has been received and it has been verified that the conditions of the product or products have been respected Queebuy Ltd - queebuy will issue the refund within 14 (fourteen) days by crediting the amount paid by the Customer to be carried out with the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that he does not have to incur any costs as a consequence of the reimbursement.
1.21. In case of payment using the Queebuy Ltd cash on delivery method - queebuy will make the refund via bank transfer. Cash on delivery costs are excluded from the refund, as they are withheld directly by the courier for the service.
1.22. Queebuy Ltd - queebuy will not reimburse additional costs if the Customer has expressly chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive one offered on the Site.
1.23. The timing of the credit or refund of the sums paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used.
1.24. All products on sale are sealed, which constitutes an integral part of the goods. The Customer must not break these seals because returned products that do not have them will not be accepted.
1.25. If the existence of a decrease in value of the returned products is found, you will receive an email in which you will be informed of the amount deducted as a reduction of the refund.

1.28. Purchases with invoice (must be requested at the time of purchase) do not have the right of withdrawal.
2. Queebuy Refund Policy
Queebuy Ltd is committed to providing the best personal service possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund under the following conditions:
2.1 Age Requirements
The product as described in point one of the right of withdrawal is refunded no later than 14 days from receipt of the return at our warehouse, on the payment method with which the customer made the initial payment
2.2 Exclusions:
It is not possible to refund all products for which the packages have been opened.
2.3 Time:
The customer has 14 days to notify Queebuy Ltd of his intention to withdraw from the purchase or to communicate his intention to withdraw the product.
2.4 Refund amount:
If the product complies with the regulations indicated above (original packaging, never used, etc.) it will be fully refunded, excluding the costs that the customer will incur to send the item to our warehouse.
2.5 Process:
To request a refund, the customer can send us an email to support@queebuy.uk or via the contact form at the following link, or via their personal area if they are a registered customer. Refund requests must be sent strictly in writing and will not be accepted via chat or telephone. The refund will take place no later than 14 working days from the request (if it is an order that has not been processed). However, if it concerns a withdrawal of the product, it will be carried out. within 14 working days (Mon-Fri) from the arrival of the product at our warehouse
2.6 Taxes:
In case of withdrawal, the responsibility and shipping costs are borne by the customer and the costs will not be refunded.
